Chronic Internet LLC ("we", "us", "StungEvents") operates StungEvents.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

Email address (optional): Only if you submit a Demand It! request with a notify-me option or register for API access. We use it only to notify you about relevant events and to deliver your API key.
Anonymous analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized page-view and click data. No cross-site tracking. IP addresses are anonymized by Google before storage.
API keys: If you register for API access, we store your email and a hashed API key to authenticate requests.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment data (payments are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers), or any sensitive personal information.

Third-party services

Cloudflare: Provides CDN, DDoS protection, and edge compute. May log request metadata.
Google Analytics 4: Anonymized usage analytics. Google Privacy Policy.
Stay22: Hotel and accommodation partner. When you click a hotel link, you may be redirected to Stay22. Stay22 Privacy Policy.
Resend: Used to send transactional emails (API keys, event alerts). Your email may be processed by Resend.
Partnerize / StubHub / Viagogo: Ticket affiliate partners. Clicking a ticket link may set a tracking cookie on the partner's site.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights, contact: privacy@chronicinternet.com.

Cookies

We use only first-party GA4 analytics cookies. Ticket and hotel affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you click through. You can opt out of GA4 analytics cookies via your browser settings or a GA4 opt-out extension.

Data retention

Email addresses provided for event notifications are retained for 12 months or until you unsubscribe. API usage logs are retained for 30 days.
